1. Age Verification

All orders are restricted to adults 21 years or older. We do not provide refunds for orders placed by individuals under 21, and such orders will be canceled.

 

2. No Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled.

 

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered in the following scenarios:

  • Orders that are not delivered due to carrier error, provided you can provide proof of non-delivery.

  • Orders that are damaged in transit, verified by photos or carrier documentation.

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be honored.

  • We will review your request and, if approved, issue a refund using the original payment method.

 

5. Shipping & Handling

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for providing a secure delivery address, and risk passes to you once the package is handed to the carrier.

  • Refunds are limited and not guaranteed except in cases of non-delivery or verified damage.

  • Hempheim Gardens is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages after shipment.
